Gather around the Dashboard (everyone can sign in on their own device, or use one screen):

1. Review This Week's Events

The dashboard shows today's events. Scroll through recent days to see:

• What appointments happened
• Which activities were a hit
• What times worked well (and what didn't)

2. Check the Money

Look at the Income vs Expenses summary:

• Did we overspend in any category?
• Are there one-off expenses coming next week?
• What is left in the monthly budget?

3. Plan Ahead

Click through to Calendar and Expenses to add:

• Next week's school runs and work shifts
• Upcoming birthday parties or social events
• Bills and regular payments due next week

Involving Everyone

Give each family member a role:

• One person checks the calendar for next week
• Another reviews the expense categories
• Kids can add their own upcoming events

Making It a Habit
